ROCHAS OUT AS A GOVERNOR???

ROCHAS OUT AS THE IMO STATE GOVERNOR???
In the year 2007, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in River state won the gubernatorial election with @Omehia as the party’s flag bearer or candidate. Later in 2008, Omehia left PDP for APGA and the Supreme Court of Nigeria held that the mandate which brought Omehia into office as Governor was that of PDP not APGA and as such PDP took their mandate which brought @Rt Hon Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi  into office as the Governor of River State. That judgment was the first of its kind in the history of Nigerian Politics.

E-BOOKS FOR ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE

SOLUTION TO SLEEPING WHILE READING I have come to understand that so many students suffer set backs academically just because they sleep when ever they want to read. It is a painful experience which I have gone through and I will love each student who suffers this to get a lasting solution to this killer syndrome. You are in school to succeed and you can not just succeed academically when you sleep anytime you are reading. I have watched with great dismay so many students who turn their books to enjoyable pillows while reading and this has lasted for a very long period of time without solution.

ASUP AND POLYTECHNIC STUDENT RISE AGAINST THE STRIKE

A PRESS STATEMENT ISSUED BY THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF POLYTECHNIC STUDENTS (NAPS).

We are dismayed that the current supervising minister of Education Barr. Wike Nyesom has failed to resolve the strike action by the academic staff union of Polytechnics that has lingered for nearly three months equivalent of one semester now.
What is more surprising is the way he has closed his doors to students leaders of the polytechnic, an act that suggest that the Asup are correct in their strike and that government do not wish to do anything about the strike. While we are aware of the effort of President Jonathan in ensuring a sound education sector in Nigeria as demonstrated by his budget to education sector and his sensitivity to personally resolve the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) crisis ensuring the deposit of 200billion naira as a step to solving most of the ASUU crisis.
